Discontinuation Policy
Parent/Student-Initiated Discontinuation

If a parent or student decides to discontinue lessons after paying the monthly tuition, the student is required to complete the remaining lessons for that month.

Tuition will not be refunded if the student or parent chooses not to fulfill the monthly lessons.

To initiate discontinuation, please submit your request in writing (via email at learnandgrowwithmsvicky@gmail.com )
Teacher-Initiated Discontinuation

The teacher may discontinue lessons due to one or more of the following reasons:

Frequently missed lessons

Continuous inappropriate or disruptive behavior by the student and/or parent(s).

Failure to pay tuition.
Clear communication and adherence to these guidelines ensure a positive learning experience for everyone involved.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
To cancel a lesson the student/parent must notify the teacher 24 hours prior to the lesson time. Failure to do so may result in a nonrefundable, missed lesson.
A rescheduled lessons is one in which both sides have agreed to meet on a definite day and time. Should the student/parent attempt to reschedule on the day of the lesson, they will be limited to any available opening (if any).
